One of our family favourites


3 lbs. pork spareribs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place on rack in roasting pan. Roast at 425 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Transfer ribs to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Combing remaining ingredients in medium saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over ribs and bake uncovered at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour.  Baste and turn over ribs occasionally.
