All maple products produced by Thompson’s Maple Products are verified
organic by OCPP/Pro-Cert Canada Inc. of Cambray, Ontario, Canada. Thompson’s
Maple Products has produced verified organic products since 2004 and
currently is the largest verified organic maple syrup operation in
the province of Ontario. The organic certification ensures
that products meet the highest consumer standards. Inspections
of the facility are regularly conducted by OCPP/Pro-Cert. Organic
certification guarantees product traceability, quality assurance,
and procedure documentation.
